Dr. Kavita holds Masters in Public Health from School of Public Health, PGIMER, Chandigarh. Besides her education in dental sciences, she has completed certificate course in Basic Health Economics. She has also obtained International Fellowship on Health Technology Assessment (HTA) conducted jointly by Health Technology Innovation Centre (HTIC), IIT Madras, National Health System Resource Centre (NHSRC) and WHO. She has been involved in various research projects, report writing and collating technical contents for knowledge management. Dr. Kavita has experience in data monitoring, ensuring timely data collection and also in drafting & finalizing manuscripts as well as detailed project report.
